Refund Policy - Events
Should an event being sold on www.esomeni.com must be cancelled or rescheduled, Esomeni will make reasonable endeavours to notify our customers of the cancellation; attendees will be offered places on an alternative event or if necessary a refund.
Payment must be received in full before the event. A full refund will be made where a cancellation notification has been received more than 10 working days prior to the event.
All cancellations received within 10 working days of the event will be liable for the full fee although substitution of delegates will be accepted if notice is given to us in writing or by email.

Refund Policy - Books and Learning Resources
Damaged goods: All goods sold on www.esomeni.com  must be inspected on delivery and all claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of their receipt. In the case of damaged or incorrect items being received, ESomeniwill be responsible for postage costs incurred in returning the goods and dispatching new ones.

Returns Policy: Any items purchased may be returned within seven days of receipt for either exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for all postage charges incurred in returning or exchanging these goods. Any refund will only cover the cost of the items and not the initial postage charges. All goods returned must be returned where possible in a saleable condition.

Airing Policy

eSomeni Takes 30% of every Item purchased in the webiste while the Author takes the other 70%. Amount is issued not later than 24 hours of request while one may choose to save and collect the accumulated amount on a monthly basis.

Refund Policy - Downloads
We are unable to offer refunds on downloads unless the item downloaded is found to be defective.
